Our fantastic construction team at Osborne have been working so hard over the past few months to keep building works on schedule, and we wanted to show you the progress. We’ve put together a short time-lapse video so you can see the transformation of the last four months before your eyes.

In October, construction on site has progressed in a number of areas, including the completion of the basement excavation, the new below ground drainage system, and the building of the basement car park. Alongside the car park, the team have also started to build the false-work decking system for the ground floor slab. They have already commenced the first poured section, which will allow the team to work in two separate areas of the site at the same time in a staggered process. Over the coming weeks the team will also be installing a foul and storm pump station and a sprinkler tank storage facility.

It's incredible to watch the transformation of the site into an outstanding cultural venue for Brighton & Hove. With 45 new homes, social, educational and co-working facilities, a brand new BHHC synagogue and Kosher restaurant, cafe and deli, BNJC will be an outstanding asset for the Jewish community across the spectrum.
